Hi, I’m Karin Thoms, a compassionate and dedicated Social Service Worker specializing in perinatal, perimenopause and menopause mental health and emotional support.
I know firsthand that pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and early parenthood can bring both joy and deep emotional struggle. Having experienced perinatal depression, anxiety, and pregnancy loss myself, I am passionate about walking alongside others with empathy, understanding, and respect. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I believe that when people feel safe, heard, and understood, meaningful healing becomes possible.
